Essential Functions:
In this busy, full-time role you'll respond to incoming calls, prepare and submit building permit packages to City / State offices, coordinate activities related to job scheduling, prepare contracts, work closely with customers and interface daily with the field and office employees. Also includes filing, data entry and other general office duties. Do you work well on a team in a fast paced environment? Can you work effectively with different personalities?

SKILLS:
-Reliable and Hard Working
-Customer Service Experience
-Basic construction knowledge
-Detail Oriented and Meticulous
-Computer Savvy ( Microsoft Office, Internet Navigation, ETC ...)
-Clean driving record, CDL, insurance & dependable car
- Some travel required
-Ability to multitask and work independently
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to work well with employees, subcontractors and clients

-Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues

-Must be service oriented, able to accomplish directives with minimal supervision and follow up
